The University of Tulsa Board of Trustees has announced the appointment of 48-year-old Geoffrey Orsak as the university's 18th president to succeed Steadman Upham who is retiring the end of June. Orsak is currently dean of the engineering school at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He will assume his duties at TU on July first.
