The OSBI says a former Clayton Public School teacher accused of sexual misconduct with a student surrendered Sunday to authorities at the Pushmataha County jail in Antlers. 29-year-old Rhonda Ford was booked into jail on rape and lewd acts charges. The OSBI is investigating allegations she had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student. A warrant for her arrest was issued last week.
