Shouldn't top four dollars per gallon, experts say.
(AP) The Energy Department says gasoline will be cheaper this summer than previously thought because of a drop in oil prices. Last month experts said gas prices could jump above $4 per gallon in May. This month's forecast says drivers should expect to pay an average of $3.79 per gallon at the pump from April through September. Oil prices have dropped about $7 per barrel since April 2nd.
