Mitt Romney told a small audience Wednesday at State Republican Party headquarters in Oklahoma City that he believes marriage should be restricted to one man and one woman. Earlier, President Obama declared his support for gay marriage. Romney said he's held his view since running for office and that states should decide issues like domestic partner benefits.
