Used cell phone to photograph unsuspecting woman.
Oklahoma City police are asking for the public's help identifying a man who used his cell phone to photograph an unsuspecting woman in a lewd manner. The suspect (pictured) was in a store at the Outlet Mall. He reached down as if looking for something and then slid his cell phone underneath the dress of a female and took a photo. A witness at the store saw what was happening and confronted the suspect, who ran from the store and fled in an older model maroon Pontiac Grand Am.
