(AP) A Pottawatomie County Judge on Monday ruled there is probable case to bind over former McLoud third-grade teacher Kimberly Crain and retired Pennsylvania college professor Gary Doby for trial on pornography-related charges. Eleven witnesses testified at their preliminary hearing, including 9 former students, ages 9 to 11, who claimed Crain routinely took pictures of them in their underwear and told them to dance around for the camera. The images were taken in the classroom and at Crain's home. Both Doby and Crain will return to court in late June.
