Insurance agents pounded due to hail, wind damage.
State Insurance Department spokesman Brian King says insurance agents around the Oklahoma City metro and other parts of the state have their hands full, after this week's storms.
"I know a lot of agents in this area are being pounded by phone calls right now. But be persistent and leave a message if you need to. That way, there's a record of your contacting them as soon as possible," King tells KTOK.
King also says photos or videos of the damage are helpful, and it's important to save all receipts for any purchases related to storm damage.
