Arrested at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
OSBI agents on Thursday arrested a cook at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City for multiple sex crimes. 40-year-old Theodore Booker had allegedly been communicating via the internet and cell phone with a minor female. He was booked into jail on charges of violating the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act, Possession of Child Pornography, Rape, forcible Oral Sodomy and Soliciation of a Minor.
