Governor Mary Fallin has appointed a Tulsa attorney to fill a vacancy on the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals District 6, Office 2. Brian Goree will replace Judge Carol Hansen who resigned in January. Goree has been practicing law since 1989, focusing on litigation research and writing.
