There will be no announcement Friday from Governor Mary Fallin as to whether the state of Oklahoma will operate its own health insurance exchange under the Affordable Care Act. The federal government has extended the deadline to December 14th. An exchange is an online marketplace where consumers can shop and compare health insurance plans.
