Homeowner shot and killed a man allegedly trying to break into his house.
Owasso police say it will be up to the Tulsa County District Attorney's office to decide if charges will be filed in a fatal shooting that happened Sunday. Deputy Police Chief Scott Chambless says a homeowner killed a man he claimed was trying to break into his house. Chambless says the two men knew each other and had been involved in a 'verbal and physical' altercation prior to the shooting incident.
