Bill deals with human trafficking victims.

The prostitution records of human trafficking victims should be expunged, according to Republican State Representative Sally Kern.

"Once these people are rescued from human trafficking, they still have that on their record," Kern told KTOK.

Kern said under her bill, it would have to be proven that an individual was forced into prostitution, and not willingly engaging in criminal activity.
