For those who meet or exceed standards.

The Oklahoma Public Employees Association is asking the Legislature for a one-time bonus of $1,000 for state employees who haven't had a pay raise in more than six years. "We'll look at the performance measures like their PMP's which is their evaluations and anybody that meets standards or exceed standards would receive that one-time payment," OPEA Executive Director Sterling Zearley told KTOK News. At the same time, he says his group is working with lawmakers to develop a new market-based pay system for state employees to make their salaries more competitive.
