Regulations aimed at reducing second hand smoke should go to a vote of the people:

"It's time to take Oklahoma's health to the next level," Fallin told reporters.
Fallin announced a petition drive. She says Oklahomans can get more ionformation on a new website called: www.DontSmokeOnMe.Com.
