Bill scraps current judicial system.

The Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday approved a bill that scraps the current judicial workers' comp system in Oklahoma and replaces it with an administrative system patterned after one in Arkansas. The bill, authored by Senate President Pro Tem Brian Bingman. creates an administrative system led by three commissioners appointed by the Governor, subject to Senate approval, who would then appoint administrative law judges to hear all claims for compensation.
