(AP) The new director of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation is the agency's deputy director and chief financial officer Mike Patterson. He was named during Monday's Transportation Commission meeting to replace Gary Ridley who is retiring. Patterson will be paid an annual salary of $139,000 and will begin his new duties on April first.
