Before U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver.
Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt on Wednesday argued the state's regional haze case before the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver. It comes eight months after the 10th Circuit temporarily stopped the EPA from implementing its federal regional haze plan in Oklahoma. The plan seeks to improve visibility at national parks and wilderness areas by 2064. Oklahoma created its own plan but it was rejected by the EPA.
