Police don't believe it was a homicide.
The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety has confirmed it was a highway patrol trooper found dead Monday at his home in Guthrie. A family member found the body of 35-year-old Trooper Brad Babb inside his house in the 300 block of N. 17th Street. Babb graduated from the 52nd Oklahoma Highway Patrol Academy in 2000. Guthrie Police and the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's office are investigating. Police confirm the death is not being investigated as a homicide.
