Friends will share Powerball winnings.
Two friends from Oklahoma City have claimed the $2 million winning Powerball ticket from Wednesday's drawing that was bought at the U N Food store at 9101 N. Council in Oklahoma City. The ticket was claimed Friday at Lottery headquarters by Joy McBride and Judy Leyrer. Although McBride bought the ticket, they both play regularly and have an agreement to share any winnings. They plan on giving a portion of the winnings to their church and family. They also recently booked a trip to Hawaii. "We will definitely be upgrading to first class," said McBride. "The trip will be even more fun with our Powerball winnings."
