Governor says plan will be "boldest in state's history."

One of the boldest tax reform plans the state's ever seen.

It's how Governor Mary Fallin describes her plan to change the state's tax structure.

"Our pro jobs agenda in 2012 will begin with an across the board tax cut for the different tax brackets that we have. It will impact a majority of all Oklahomans," Fallin told reporters at the State Capitol.

Fallin says she'll unveil details of her tax refrom plan during Monday's State of the State Address.

It will then be introduced as a bill for the Legislature to consider.
