The Department of Defense has announced the death of an Oklahoma soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. 28-year-old Sgt. Allen McKenna Jr. of Noble died Tuesday in Kandahar province, Afghanistan. He was assigned to the 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado. There is no information about his cause of death.
