Because of propane leak at nearby ONEOK facility.

Grant County Emergency Management officials have issued an Advisory Evacuation Order for residents in the town of Medford because of the propane leak at the nearby ONEOK hydrocarbon plant. "The changing wind directions and air temperatures are causing the conditions to change constantly and when the wind levels decrease, the potential of danger increases," the order states. A Red Cross shelter has been opened at the former Wakita School Building at 200 S. Spruce in Wakita.
