... when he was arrested after forcing a JetBlue flight to make an emergency landing last week. --Wes says he had just woken up from a two-and-a-half-hour nap, and asked a flight attendant for a beer. For some reason, he was REFUSED . . . but he says it wasn't because he was already drunk. --He explains, quote, "The guy got an attitude, the flight attendant, and that was it. From there, it was like a really weird, whole dilemma . . . I was completely, completely sober." --After the plane landed, Wes was cuffed and taken off the plane. He says the authorities didn't do any sobriety tests because, quote, "they knew I was sober." --So what was the problem? Wes has no idea. He says, quote, "I was arrested for being sober on an airplane . . . flight attendants have some sort of power trip right now." --Wes is also accusing the cops of being ROUGH with him during the arrest, and bruising his chest
