ANGELINA JOLIE...BRAVE AND STILL BEAUTIFUL:  Kickin' Cancer Out

"My doctors estimated that I had an 87 percent risk of breast cancer and a 50 percent risk of ovarian cancer, although the risk is different in the case of each woman,"  "Once I knew that this was my reality, I decided to be proactive and to minimize the risk as much I could. I made a decision to have a preventive double mastectomy."

I was stunned to see this. I guess you never expect the rich and beautiful to have the problems that the rest of us have. Of course, the cost of surgery and reconstruction is a non factor for Angelina, but the idea of a woman who was voted "Most Beautiful in the World", several times over, removing both breasts in a preventive measure, with no current disease presenting...is shocking and courageous. Congratulations to ALL CANCER SURVIVORS and the incredible people who are faced with these insanely difficult decisions everyday. You are all an inspiration, and prove everyday the beauty runs deeper than appearance. That takes alot of guts. ~Scully

MET MOVIE STILLS!

Metallica'S 3d MOVIE is gonna be great, heres a small tease of  , "Through The Never," the first image from the movie. The photo features actor Dane DeHaan in the middle of a chaotic street scene;

DeHaan plays a Metallica crew member who is sent out on a mission during the band's live set in front of a sold-out arena. While out,  he unexpectedly has his life turned completely upside down. Metallica will debut "Through the Never" in IMAX theatres across North America for a one-week engagement starting Friday, September 27.

LARS SEZ...NO NEW  METALLICA TIL 2015

 Kirk Hammett recently said he hoped new Met would be out next year, but Lars sez it won’t happen for another two years.

HERES A QUOTE “It would surprise me if the next full-length record would come out before 2015. It takes us a while to make records, and we’re also so busy with so many other things. But we’ll get around to it eventually.”

The band have been concentrating on their upcoming 3D movie, Through The Never, which has been scheduled for release in Imax cinemas on September 27 in the US, followed by a general release on October 4.

Kirk sez about the movie... “It’s kind of taking precedence over anything else at the moment. We want to make sure it gets our full attention.”

So 2015 folks.....can ya wait that long?
